Sengkang's Riverside Pool
Sengkang Swimming Complex opened on 1 August 2008, built at a cost of S$48.7 million and designed by LT & T Architects. It sits beside the Sungei Punggol (Punggol River) and was the first community centre in Singapore to be co-located with a sports complex next to a river. The adjacent hockey stadium was used during the 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
In June 2025, five new water slides were installed as part of a renovation, replacing the old slide structures. From 1 July 2025, Sengkang was reclassified as a Feature Pool with updated entry fees. The slides are the complex's biggest draw, attracting families from across the northeast.
The five named slides are Sugar Rush (the longest at roughly 80 metres, an open gentle tube), Rainbow Dash (a four-lane racing slide), Cotton Candy Bowl (an enclosed pink-striped tube over 60 metres), Jelly Lime Loops (an enclosed twisting tube) and Jellybean Swizzle (a bowl-and-funnel style slide with a swirl and plunge). Minimum height requirements are 1.2 metres for Jelly Lime Loops and Jellybean Swizzle, and 1.3 metres for the other three.

Five Water Slides
Sugar Rush (~80m open tube, gentle), Rainbow Dash (4-lane racing), Cotton Candy Bowl (enclosed pink-striped, 60m+), Jelly Lime Loops (enclosed twists) and Jellybean Swizzle (bowl/funnel with swirl and plunge). Minimum height 1.2m–1.3m depending on the slide.
50m Competition Pool
Eight-lane, 21-metre-deep outdoor competition pool with temperature control. Open for lap swimming daily. Early morning access on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
Sheltered 25m Teaching Pool
Indoor 25-metre pool used for swimming lessons and casual swimming. Sheltered from sun and rain, making it ideal for younger swimmers and lesson groups.
Water Playground & Jacuzzi
Interactive water playground with a tipping bucket for children, plus a jacuzzi for adults. The complex also features an Active Groove dance space and a children's wading pool.

Sengkang is classified as a Feature Pool since July 2025 (new water slides) with slightly higher entry fees than standard ActiveSG pools.
